For 2012 there are two awards categories:
- Scottish Civic Trust My Place Award 2012 and
- Scottish Civic Trust My Place Award Civic Champion 2012
Entries should be submitted as projects that best present
quality in the local context. They can come from a wide range of
types, such as:
• new buildings
• historic buildings that have been reused or refurbished
• public realm schemes such as streetworks, parks, etc.
Civic Champion 2012
The Scottish Civic Trust recognises a need to acknowledge
individuals who have made an outstanding contribution to the
heritage sector either generally or in a specific area.
Nominations can be made by civic societies and other local
groups *affiliated to the Scottish Civic Trust, and by Community
