Required Information for Nominations

The information requested for the Entry form for both categories has been kept to a minimum.  However, it is important to offer as much detail supporting your award entry as possibleMy Place Award

  1. Entrants are asked to submit information about the project including a description and the reasons why it has been submitted.  The judges will take this information into account.
  2. Judges will consider entries on information and supporting evidence submitted about the nomination.
  3. Nominating bodies must complete the awards application online at www.myplaceawards.org.uk.  If entry via the Scottish Civic Trust My Place Awards website is not possible an alternative entry procedure may be made by contacting the Scottish Civic Trust by telephone 0141 221 1466 or email  awards@scottishcivictrust.org.uk to arrange this within the stipulated deadline.

Civic Champion

  1. Nominations for Civic Champion will be via a downloadable form that may be returned by email OR post by the competition deadline, 20 January 2012  along with a photograph of the nominee.
